What we do with what you send us.

What the form collects

When you ask for a quote we collect only what we need to give you one:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Which room the work is for, and anything you tell us about the project
• Any photographs you choose to attach. These are optional
• The page you sent it from and the date and time you sent it

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you view, how you reached the site and the type of device you use. It does not tell us who you are, and there is no advertising on this site. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads, the same as on most websites.

Why we ask for it

To reply to you, to understand the job well enough to price it, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. That is all. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.

Photographs of your home

Photographs are optional. If you send them, they help us quote accurately without a first visit, which usually saves you time.

Photographs of the inside of your home are personal. We will not publish a photograph you send us, anywhere, without asking you first. If we later want to use a photograph of finished work in our portfolio, we will ask you and you are free to say no.

Your browser resizes photographs before sending them, so what leaves your phone is smaller than the original on it.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to us through a third party form service, which processes the message on our behalf so that it reaches our inbox. They do not use your information for their own purposes.

The website itself is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Neither has any other access to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and photographs for no longer than we need them: to quote, to do the work, and afterwards for warranty and record keeping. If you would like your enquiry and any photographs deleted, phone us and we will remove them.

Your choices

• You can ask what we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• You can ask us to delete your enquiry and your photographs
• You can send an enquiry without photographs. The form works either way
